There is a totally free forever version of Bigin. The drawback with it is that you cannot integrate it with your email. Although that does limit the effectiveness, you could use the free version to keep track of clients and just add a note each time you email them from outside Bigin.

Yes, there are Zoho Apps specific to types of promotion. For example, Zoho Campaigns is for promoting via email and now SMS. There is also Zoho Social specifically for Social Media.
