Introduction to Zoho
When I went to YouTube to find the video above, I happened upon two excellent videos about Zoho that really explain why 35 million people are already using Zoho Apps.
This video created by Steve Dotto of Dotto Tech on alternatives to Google Drive is an excellent introduction to Zoho:
Steve explains how to sign up for the totally free forever version of Zoho Apps and shows Zoho Docs, their alternative to Google Docs for collaborative writing and distribution. Zoho Docs is totally free.
He also shows the spreadsheet tool Zoho Sheet which is a free app similar to Excel and an alternative he likes better that Google Sheets because it is more like Excel. My collaboration of influencers uses Zoho Sheet for our projects.
Finally, he covers Zoho Mail which is not free, but can cost as little as $12/year for ad-free email.
Zoho One: Introduction to ALL 40+ Apps
If you’re serious about using any Zoho App, it is worth mentioning that you can get all of their apps for one low price — far lower than it would cost to pay for them individually.
