We’ve reached the end of our profiles on our “Rock Your Biz” winners, with fifth prize recipient Francisco Perez who won for his pithy post loaded with insight “12 Things You Should Do After Writing a Blog Post.”

Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Perez brings 12 years of experience in business administration and management to his role as head of DiTesco Consulting, specializing in assisting clients with establishing an online presence.

“One of the reasons I choose to participate in BizSugar’s “Rock Your Biz” contest is because I felt that there was something I could contribute to the community,” says Perez.

Perez also shares his insights regularly on his blog, iBlogZone.com.

“Among other things, BizSugar allows one to get a good amount of exposure and being in the contest was definitely one way of achieving that,” Perez says.

He shares a bit of his strategy for boosting his post’s success in the contest.

“As for what I did to promote the article, I have to admit that I did nothing special but to share it on social networks, voted on other entries that I liked, and interacted with the community via commenting,” Perez explains.

Despite his modest appraisal, Perez followed the procedure we’ve seen bring real success time after time in the BizSugar community.
