SugarTone: Are You A Participant?

Well, the SugarTone Sweet Business Blogging Contest is under way and you can already watch the contestants stacking up over at the BizSugar.com and Bloggertone Facebook sites.

So what about it? Like to be part of the SugarTone Sweet Business Blogging Contest and gain exposure for your work or comments on both the BizSugar and Bloggertone communities? (Plus maybe even win one of two sweet prizes for your participation?)

OK. Here’s the drill:

• Create a blog post about “Making your business amazing”. This is our theme for the SugarTone contest this time around but broad enough for you to draw inspiration from, we think. Make sure the content is original, posted or published nowhere else and is drawn from your personal experience as a small business owner or small business thought leader.
• Submit your post to Bloggertone. You don’t even need a blog of your own to take part in the SugarTone contest. Just post your content here by the end of the blogging portion of the contest Monday Sept. 6, 4 p.m. GMT/9 a.m. EST. The Bloggertone team will do the rest posting it both to the Bloggertone and BizSugar Websites.
• Vote and comment on your favorites. Head on over to the BizSugar community (you can sign up for a free account if you’re not yet a member) and vote and comment on your favorite posts. Remember, you can only vote once per link so be sure to tell your friends if you have a post you’ve submitted and would like the support. You can do so up until Thursday Sept. 9, 4 p.m. GMT/9 a.m. EST, the end of the voting portion of the contest.

We’ll be giving out some prizes to the best blogger and best commenter as well.

• $350 of products or gift certificates from Hewlett-Packard for the best blog post as chosen by the number of votes received on the BizSugar community.
• $250 of products or gift certificates from HP for the “most engaging” comments as selected by our panel of judges on either the BizSugar or Bloggertone site.
