A small business essay contest sponsored by the BizSugar.com small business community and social media site and featured at SmallBizBee.com could put $150 in the hands of the winning contestant.
We’ve interviewed Matthew Ringer of SmallBizBee.com previously here on the BizSugar blog and are thrilled to be teaming up with him to offer this wonderful opportunity for budding entrepreneurs and essayist interested in small business and entrepreneurship.
And judging from early response there is already interest in the contest from members of the growing BizSugar community so we look forward to a great contest with many fine entries.
Without further ado, here are some of the basic rules for the contest now in its second year from Matthew’s own notes:
- Article must be related to small business or entrepreneurship
- Minimum of 300 words
- Only original content will be accepted (not currently published on ANY website or blog)
- Smallbizbee.com reserves the right to decline any article that appears to be overly self serving or “spammy” in anyway.
Deadline for submission is Nov. 22 and a 30 article cutoff has been set for the number of submissions accepted, so DON’T PROCRASTINATE.
For more details, see Matthew’s additional more detailed post on the contest at SmallBizBee.com.
I look forward to read the entries! 🙂
Submitted mine and can’t wait to see what others have submitted too. It’s good to have a contest like this once in a while where small business peeps just go all out to provide the best to the community.
Keep it up, Matthew from Small Biz Bee and the bizSugar team!
I’m excited to see the results too, Wayne. Thanks so much for participating.
