For those who might be unaware, the SugarTone contest, a collaboration between BizSugar.com and our friends at Bloggertone, the business blogging community, attempted to collect and rank contributions from the collective communities of BizSugar and Bloggertone providing the top contributors, as ranked by our community, prizes for their participation from our wonderful sponsors at Hewlett-Packard.
Members from both communities had the opportunity to share posts on the theme “Making your business amazing” from 4 p.m. GMT/9 a.m. EST Monday Aug. 30 through 4 p.m. Monday Sept. 6 GMT/9 a.m. EST on Bloggerone.
Contributions were also posted on the BizSugar Website where community members had from Monday Aug. 30 at 4pm GMT/9am EST until Thursday Sept. 9, 4pm GMT/9am EST to vote or to make comments on their favorites.
Those entries receiving the highest votes from the BizSugar community were eligible for a first prize of $350 in products and/or gift certificates from Hewlett-Packard.
A panel of judges also selected a favorite from among comments submitted by participants on both BizSugar and Bloggertone for a second prize of $250 in products/gift certificates from our friends at HP.
