There’s a new way for regular visitors to find less known but high quality content especially by newer members and contributors here at BizSugar.com.
It’s called “Editor’s Pick” and it’s a brand new recently installed widget with links to the latest and greatest submissions as chosen by our small business news and information community’s moderators.
Just take a gander at the box on the right hand side of the page just under our advertising box (or pictured below) and click through to check out some of what we think is the coolest new content on BizSugar.
Now don’t get us wrong. There’s LOTS of great content for you to peruse on BizSugar and NO way for us to show it all off in the BizSugar Editor’s Pick section.
We really encourage you to check out all of our submitters yourself especially new content in our recently submitted section or check out the categories at the top of the page for the topics most important to you and your business.
Just think of the new Editor’s Pick as an introduction to some stuff that you may not have checked out yet, introduction to some new voices on some topics you may not have read as much about.
We hope the new widget will get you to read some new contributors and visit some topics a bit more off the beaten path that may never-the-less improve your business or give you new insight into your entrepreneurial journey.
The new Editor’s Pick feature is one more attempt to make finding the best and freshest content that much easier here in the BizSugar community.
Please try it out and tell us what you think. As always, we love to hear from you. 🙂

Shawn,
This is a great new feature. I like that you have created a short URL for the editor’s pick section, so it could fit in a tweet message.
Hi Shawn,
I love this idea. One of the hardest things for a new blogger to do is break into an established site. While I wish I had more time to trawl through all the great content on BizSugar, the truth is I often only look at the posts appearing on page 1 of the particular section I’m looking at. I will definitely be reviewing the new “Editor’s Picks” on a regular basis knowing you guys will find the best stuff.
Thanks Martin and Sarah,
We like the feature very much and will endeavor to keep the content on the Editor’s Picks distinctly different from the “Top Picks” and other features giving users the opportunity to discover a variety of content on BizSugar.com in a variety of ways.
Great idea, Shawn. I’m new to this community, but I love what I see so far. I’ve started by just going down the recently submitted posts in my niche category, and I’ve come across some fantastic content.
I like that the moderators for this site are seeking ways to highlight new members and awesome posts that may have been overlooked. It indicates to me that there’s a real commitment behind the scenes from people who are passionate about making this site and its members successful.
Keep promoting your members. We appreciate your efforts.
